Class of 2016

Eight new doctoral candidates join the IMPRS

The latest cohort of students recruited to the IMPRS officially joined the program on September 12, 2016, with the start of the orientation week. The eight new doctoral candidates, from countries including Germany, Turkey and Kenya, will then spend three weeks getting to know the facilities and faculty of the IMPRS through our introductory course, before starting full-time on their project research. Of the new students, five will be based primarily in research groups at the University of Tübingen, two at the MPI for Developmental Biology and one at the Friedrich Miescher Laboratory.
